As a training and education specialist with 14 years of experience, Danielle has designed, developed and facilitated impactful learning experiences in both classroom and corporate settings. She began her career as a grade school teacher working in the creative and experiential field of Waldorf education. Nowadays, she runs a training and education program for a local business where she trains, coaches and consults over 200 teams and associates annually across 40+ retail and wholesale accounts.
Above all, she is a leader with a passion for facilitating joyful, experiential learning. She has broad knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, and is skilled in course development, instructional design, writing, public speaking, strategic planning and project management.
